It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically. Material changes will be communicated to registered Players via the email address associated with their Account.
The Jili Com Platform is strictly restricted to individuals who are twenty-one (21) years of age or older, in accordance with Philippine law governing casino-style gambling. By registering an Account, you represent and warrant that you meet this age requirement. Jili Com reserves the right to request proof of age at any time and to suspend or permanently close any Account where the age requirement cannot be verified.
Age Restriction: Persons under 21 years of age are strictly prohibited from registering or playing on Jili Com. Underage gambling is illegal under Philippine law and will result in immediate account termination and forfeiture of any balance.
The Platform is intended for use by residents of the Philippines. Players accessing the Platform from jurisdictions where online gambling is prohibited or restricted do so at their own risk and in violation of these Terms. Jili Com makes no representation that the Platform is lawful or available in jurisdictions outside the Philippines.
The following individuals are not eligible to register or maintain an Account on Jili Com:
To access real-money Games on the Jili Com Platform, you must create a registered Account. During registration, you are required to provide accurate, current, and complete information, including but not limited to your full legal name, date of birth, Philippine mobile number, and a valid email address. You agree to update this information promptly if it changes.
Each Player is permitted to hold only one (1) Account on the Jili Com Platform. The creation of multiple Accounts by a single individual — whether under the same or different names, email addresses, or mobile numbers — is strictly prohibited. Jili Com reserves the right to merge, suspend, or permanently close duplicate Accounts and to forfeit any balances or bonuses associated with them.
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your Account credentials, including your username and password. You must not share your login details with any third party. Jili Com will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from unauthorized access to your Account resulting from your failure to keep your credentials secure. You must notify Jili Com immediately if you suspect any unauthorized use of your Account.
Jili Com is required to conduct Know Your Customer (KYC) verification in accordance with applicable Philippine anti-money laundering regulations. You may be required to submit government-issued identification documents, proof of address, and proof of payment method ownership before withdrawals are processed or at any other time at Jili Com's discretion. Failure to complete KYC verification may result in the suspension of withdrawal privileges or Account closure.
Accepted KYC Documents: Philippine passport, SSS ID, UMID, PhilHealth ID, driver's license, or any other government-issued photo ID. Proof of address may include a utility bill or bank statement dated within the last three (3) months.
Jili Com accepts deposits via GCash, PayMaya, BPI, BDO, Metrobank, and other payment methods as listed on the Finance / Wallet page. The minimum deposit amount is ₱100. Deposits are credited to your Wallet in real time for supported e-wallet methods. Bank transfer deposits may take up to one (1) banking day to reflect.
All deposits must be made from payment accounts registered in your own name. Jili Com does not accept deposits from third-party payment sources. Deposits made from unverified or third-party sources may be reversed and the associated Account suspended pending investigation.
Withdrawal requests are subject to successful KYC verification. Verified Players may request withdrawals to their registered GCash, PayMaya, or bank account. Withdrawals are processed within thirty (30) minutes for e-wallet methods and within one (1) to three (3) banking days for bank transfers, subject to payment provider processing times.
Jili Com reserves the right to request additional documentation before processing any withdrawal. Withdrawal requests may be delayed or declined where there is a reasonable suspicion of fraudulent activity, money laundering, or breach of these Terms.
Jili Com does not charge fees on standard deposits or withdrawals. However, your payment provider may apply their own transaction fees, which are outside Jili Com's control. Players are advised to check their payment provider's fee schedule before initiating transactions.
All transactions on the Jili Com Platform are conducted in Philippine Peso (₱ / PHP). Jili Com does not accept deposits in foreign currencies. Any currency conversion required is the sole responsibility of the Player and their payment provider.
Jili Com may offer bonuses, free spins, cashback, and other promotional incentives to Players from time to time. All bonuses are subject to specific terms and conditions, including wagering requirements, minimum odds, eligible games, and expiry dates, which will be communicated at the time the bonus is offered.
Unless otherwise stated, bonus funds must be wagered a minimum number of times before they may be withdrawn. The applicable wagering requirement will be specified in the individual promotion's terms. Jili Com reserves the right to void bonus winnings where wagering requirements have not been met or where the bonus has been misused.
Jili Com actively monitors for bonus abuse, including but not limited to: creating multiple Accounts to claim bonuses more than once, placing low-risk bets to meet wagering requirements, or exploiting promotional errors. Where bonus abuse is detected, Jili Com reserves the right to void the bonus, cancel associated winnings, and suspend or close the Account.
Jili Com reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate any promotion at any time without prior notice. Players who have already opted into a promotion will be notified of material changes where reasonably practicable.
All Games on the Jili Com Platform use certified Random Number Generator (RNG) technology or live dealer processes to determine outcomes. Game results are independent, random, and not influenced by previous outcomes or by Jili Com. The theoretical return-to-player (RTP) percentage for each Game is disclosed within the Game's information panel.
In the event of a technical malfunction, system error, or communication failure during a Game, Jili Com reserves the right to void the affected round and return the wager to the Player's Wallet. Jili Com shall not be liable for any losses arising from technical malfunctions beyond its reasonable control. Malfunction voids all pays and plays.
If you believe a Game result is incorrect, you must notify Jili Com customer support within seventy-two (72) hours of the disputed round. Jili Com will investigate the matter using server-side game logs, which shall be the definitive record of all Game outcomes. The decision of Jili Com following such investigation shall be final and binding.
The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the Jili Com Platform. Violation of any of the following may result in immediate Account suspension, permanent ban, and forfeiture of all balances and bonuses:
Anti-Money Laundering: Jili Com is committed to full compliance with the Anti-Money Laundering Act of the Philippines (Republic Act No. 9160, as amended). Suspicious transactions will be reported to the Anti-Money Laundering Council (AMLC) as required by law.
All content on the Jili Com Platform, including but not limited to software, game assets, graphics, logos, trademarks, text, and user interface elements, is the exclusive property of Jili Com or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the Platform solely for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes.
You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, publicly display, or exploit any content from the Platform without the prior written consent of Jili Com. Unauthorized use of Platform content may result in Account termination and legal action.
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, Jili Com, its officers, directors, employees, and agents shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the Platform, including but not limited to loss of winnings, loss of data, or loss of profits.
Jili Com's total aggregate liability to any Player in connection with any claim arising from use of the Platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that Player in the thirty (30) days preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
The Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. Jili Com does not warrant that the Platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free from viruses or other harmful components. Jili Com makes no representations regarding the accuracy or completeness of any content on the Platform.
Jili Com reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any Account at its sole discretion, with or without prior notice, where it reasonably believes that a Player has breached these Terms, engaged in fraudulent or illegal activity, or where required by applicable law or regulatory authority.
You may close your Account at any time by contacting Jili Com customer support. Upon closure, any remaining Wallet balance (after deduction of any applicable bonus funds subject to wagering requirements) will be returned to your registered payment method within five (5) banking days, subject to KYC verification.
Upon Account termination, your license to use the Platform is immediately revoked. Provisions of these Terms that by their nature should survive termination — including intellectual property rights, limitation of liability, and governing law — shall continue to apply.

Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms shall first be submitted to Jili Com's customer support team for resolution.
If a dispute cannot be resolved through customer support within thirty (30) days, either party may refer the matter to the appropriate regulatory authority or to the courts of competent jurisdiction in the Philippines. You agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Philippine courts for the resolution of any dispute not resolved through the above process.
